The term for this form of 'animation' is called rotoscoping. The process involves filiming live actors and running the footage through a program like photoshop to create the effect of a hand drawn animation. Because live actors were actually filmed it should not be put into a cartoon genre.

Great movie, seen it several times and each time i grow a little and learn something new.
should not be moved to cartoon section.. the film was shot and several artists where given the stills to recreate in there own way. may be animated but it shouldn't be in a "cartoon" section
