PETA should go after the stupid people who get dogs and cats and do not spay or neuter them. This is why there are so many unwanted animals - go after the ***ers who buy thier kids puppies and kitties and then neglect them when they are no longer small and cute. The animal shelters are doing thier best to deal with so many unwanted animals - it's the responsibility of the lazy-assed public to make sure that they spay and neuter thier pets. DUH!
